Bullish on Chinese Microcaps

Well, I don't think "loading up" on BB companies is necessarily the way to go but having a toe in the water might not be a bad idea. My concern is the legitimacy of some of these companies. One connection that bothers me is China Finance/Winning IR and a few the names you included. All China Finance deal stocks get battered and it appears the China Finance is an agressive seller having no regard for the market or no knowledge how to unwind a position. Cnoa has a new IR firm....Winning/IR....... web-site other than the companies address which is the same as China Finance.....With so many fish in the sea I'm staying away from those that smell fishy.

Gulf Resources Gets Financially Comfortable

You are probably right. I really don't understand why they would be so vague in the press release. God only knows why they scrapped the agreement. I also hate the previous press release talking about 2007 without discussing the future. I don't know anyone who invests based on the previous year. It's always all about the future and press releases are often indicative of companies that are just trying to get some action in the stock and don't have any real news to report. I hope that's not the case and it's just another example of bad investor relations.

China 3C's Price Declines on Bad PR

Most IR firms in this space are terrible. I have been around a long time and have been to China many times working with companies. Hawk deserves criticism here but they don't deserve to be singles out. Take a look at the press release Hawk put out today for UTVG. It is horrible. GFRE a couple of days ago, also horrible. CHCG probably didn't solve their problem by changing firms. There are good IR firms out there though and these guys need to find them. I may start a blog to help. I'll let you know.
