Bullish or Bearish, And Why?

Everytime I walk into a Home Depot, I think it is too early to purchase this company. Maybe in 6 months after more of their main stores close.
There is going to be wash-out in all big box stores - how about office supply stores?

Don't Buy Into Share Buybacks

It is one thing if the company's board voteing to buy back stock but what if insiders and employees are purchasing the stock?
