  • A Clue That Apple Is 'Cooking' Something Up [View article]
Puffed-up people yammering about their calling to improve the world is no indication of new products. Neither is it an indication of the world improving.

    Michael, it's a probabilistic universe.

If you live long enough, one of your calls will be right.

Apple products selling so fast production can't keep up.

Thanks for the warning of this bearish news.

I knew you could find something negative if you stick with it.

  • Don't Buy Twitter Now - Wait For The Nosedive [View article]
I have seen tons of people laugh at Twitter. It's made fun of daily on TV.

And there are people who hate it. I'm one of them. I also think it is a stupid phenomenon. Reducing subjects to 140 character bites, then thinking you have said something worthwhile, is a feature of a shallow age.

    AAPL is doomed.

For some reason,....I just can't think of one yet.

But AAPL is doomed. Barely hanging on. Doomed, I tell you.

    Have a nice day.

  • Apple: Still No. 1 But Slipping Fast [View article]
According to the article, which you congratulated, by Michael Blair, AAPL loses money on everything they sell with the exception of the I-Phone.

Therefore, diminishing sales of I-Pads should be a positive for the stock, as apple would be losing less money.

Is that why you're long? You're hoping for lower sales?

I-Pad web traffic is not relevant?

Do you know a way to initiate I-Pad web traffic without an I-Pad?

Refusing to admit the article's dishonesty, well documented by respondents, is proof of your bias, not to mention your dishonesty.

You're too late. You should have shorted it at $420 like your hero, Michael.

At least that's an actual number.

You defended Michael's thesis by making them up.

How could you possibly know that a figure of 14 million iPads sold indicates small pent-up demand, but 10 million sold would indicate large pent-up demand?

The only way you could know that would be to know how many people want, or will want, or might want, an iPad, either old or new, and you do not.

You could logically compare the 14 million with your hypothetical 10 million, relatively speaking. But you are attempting to compare the 14 million with a universally unknown figure, and draw your conclusion from the comparison.

You are assuming the consequence of your assumption and using it as a premise.

    Really?

You don't think AAPL is breaking the previous record for sales every single day?

    Wow. They are doomed.

If only they could have kept sales flat.

    Volumes of products produces revenue.

That's why they sell them - for revenue.

Michael might be right. AAPL could be imploding as we speak.

In fact, those half-mile lines at Apple Stores could have been just customers returning-previously purchased items.

    This discussion is hilarious.

    Irrelevant?

The amount of money they make per phone is irrelevant?

It is the basis for the analysis you said you liked.

While you're trying to prop up Michael's contrived and phony case, you might explain why, if AAPL is losing money on all the products it sells, except for the iPhones, why they would be making and selling more of them going forward.

They should make fewer pads and computers, then they would be more profitable.

    This discussion is hilarious.

But if they did not make that ton of money, the stock would move a lot. Downward, to be specific.

So making money is important, then. Right?
