    Windows 7 and NVDA's Ion based HTPC and Netbooks are also going to have a major impact on the upgrade cycle in my opinion. A number of people with old PCs have put off upgrading due to Vista, Windows 7 will be there excuse to buy something new.

    Ion would fit the lower power model of this article.


    LONG MSFT, NVDA, and just about every solar stock based in the USA.
