A Solution for eBay and Its Frustrated Seller Community [view article]
I've been using ebay for almost 10 years now... There have been some good changes, like integrating paypal. But lately they have been doing things wrong. Removing seller feedback abilities, banning Google payments, banning purchase of firearms and firearm related items (hello this is America?) and creating an awkward emailing system that buyers and sellers must communicate through. The fees increase but the positive experience of using the site goes proportionately down.At this point, the one big thing Ebay has going for it is a huge user base.
