    9 to 11 month of housing oversupply is not joke, plus on top you have around 500K+ new house starts or building permits, both of them delay the balance of the housing market, get rid of the oversupply and new starts and rip off the bonds/MBS of the banks balance sheets and you will have your economic miracle.
