It was clear that Provenge failed its primary endpoint in the predefined pivotal phase 3 protocol. If this owuld have been approved, it would have set a major precedent in the history of US regulatory and sceintific standards!!! Once predefined primary endpoint fails, every other post-hoc analysis would be considered data mining or fraud!!
