  • After Chaos, A New Stasis Will Emerge with Major Implications for Small Cap [View article]
Extremely well written and accurate Mr. Shuttleworth. My Consumer Healthcare business fits into the micro-cap segment. Management prepared cash flow cushion and cut costs far in advance of this downturn now at break-even on a monthly basis from being marginally profitable in 2007 (first year of operation).

I believe a smaller, counter-argument could be made that private equity investors will also are leery of larger cap corporations corrupt management, monolithic and cross-pollinated boards (chronie capatalism). Small caps that choose to raise money and in a fair position as mentioned in our example, can expect a pound of flesh extracted for the funding of that, I can say I am quite sure.
