Current Financial Crisis Is a Black Swan

The historic years/periods of 1873, 1907 and 1929 all say the same thing. Our form of a Republic is prone to corruption from government and those whom handle the money just like other nations. This time, the greed and corruption ran very, very deep.

We'll revert back to a Save and Invest economy and no doubt will begin a protectionist era politically. How much private equity and government team up to invest in necessary infrastructure policies to create skilled jobs remains to be seen.

Those whom knew better and warned this government repeatedly and were ignored also know we'll see depression economy for a short time. That provides unique historic buying opportunities. But as a group of investors, we should lead as best we can in our local communities and provide guidance to new groups forming that will provide economic analysis to Washington. There, they haven't a clue what truly needs to be done.
