I haven't really had any issues today. The past were just style sheet issues (likely due to server load) or ingenix issues for likely the same reason. Not anything I don't sometimes run into on other (or occasionally my) sites!

That is a good point, mrholty. Beacon attributed the faulty flywheels to incorrect balancing. Having 2 of their brand new, state of the art flywheels fail in a short time didn't bode well and instill confidence that they had worked out all the kinks yet.
Let's just say that I get much more confidence out of TG on a conference call than I ever did from Capp.

Well said, JP. I remember on one conference call, Bill Cap mentioned one particular utility customer wanted 20 years of running proof (basically, the life cycle of the flywheels) before even considering a purchase. Beacon's latest generation of flywheels were relatively new and not even their early generations of flywheels were half that age at that time.
