"I'm sellling ICE wana by some iICE" Give me a break twice you said transparency ICE has no record keeping, no oversight ie no transparency. Lets overseee this exchange limit the margings and limit futures to end product users ONLY. Otherwise nationalize oil like Russia, China, Brazil etc for National security and get the markets and the average Joe out from under the thumb of speulators and oil minipulators. You people are killing the market and killing America for you own greed!
