  • NQ Mobile: The Risk Of Total Loss Is Very Real [View article]
It's the auditor who decides when to release the AR, not NQ. Also, I've read enough information and posts to know that NQ legally is not allowed to discuss any details about the audit at this point.

  • NQ Mobile Q4 Earnings Preview: Will The Company Beat Revenue Estimates For The Twelfth Straight Time? [View article]
Are you 'paid pumpers' on the payroll of MW? Is that why you think diehard longs are NQ pumpers?

If you are referring to YDT, do you know MW used the company's old address from years ago? This has been addressed in multiple reports. I know first impression is always strong, but sometimes it may not be the closest to the truth.

  • Portfolio Manager Sees Many Troubling Signs With NQ Mobile [View article]
I suggest SA allow readers to rate authors/articles. So authors like Goldbaum who repeatedly writes articles in poor quality or bad faith would get more low ratings every time they write a hit piece. Readers can avoid wasting time by skipping low rating authors.

  • NQ Mobile - Special Attestation Report [View article]
wretchedturkey, Muddy waters track record can be found on Wikipedia here: http://bit.ly/1i2vHkg .
MW overall success rate on their short positions is 41%. Their success was between 2010 and early 2011. They have not had much luck after that. The companies he attacked after mid 2011 all proved him wrong.

  • NQ Mobile - Special Attestation Report [View article]
NQ management team has more important things to do other than wasting more time with short sellers. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. If no one has any hard evidence against NQ, NQ can simply ignore the noises by now and move on; as they’ve done tremendous job to prove themselves since October. Also investors like Toro have done thorough onsite DD in China and provided in-depth report to make things more clear. The market is coming around. Big funds are coming in. At this stage of the game, anyone who continues to go back to the ‘Fraud’ topic and demands NQ to do even more can be one of the three below:
    1. Believes NQ is fraud without evidence;
    2. Tries to hold NQ to a higher standard than any other company
    3. Wants the stock price to go down

Since it will never be enough for the shorts, why do you think NQ should do even more? Based on your standard, EDU, QIHU and AMT also didn't do enough after Muddy Waters attacked them. But they are all doing great now and we don't hear Muddy water talking about them anymore.

You spent so much time looking into a company but decided not to initiate any position. If you are sure that NQ is a fraud, why don't you short it?

  • Navigating Your Investment Through Uncertain Times. NQ Mobile, A Near-term Roadmap [View instapost]
What a great article, informative and non-biased. I'm sure many investors have been looking for this kind of information on the internet in order to compare NQ to other companies that were targeted by MW. You did a wonderful job to put everything into one article. Wish it was showing up in headlines so more people can see it.

  • NQ Mobile: Extremely Overhyped Even When Ignoring All Signs Of Fraud [View article]
Wasn't Muddy Waters accusing QIHU a fraud 10 months ago? Now QIHU becomes the 'leader', just for the convenience of attacking NQ? Give me a break.

NQ has been on the SEC Threshold Securities list since mid-October. This should give you a better picture about the shorts.

There's big difference between 'Oversold' and 'fraud'. Analysts can express their opinions by saying a stock oversold. But you don't accuse a company 'massive fraud' and worth 'zero' when you don't have hard evidence.

TSLA trades 12 million shares per day so it deserves a lot of comments. What do you think about NQ's volume? From the day MW released the report till the day you wrote your previous article, NQ's daily volume was 13.8 million in average, more than TSLA. So NQ should have got more comments based your logic.

  • Is The Money Real? [View article]
If you followed NQ story you would have known they showed bank statements at the beginning. The deposits were under NQ's name from various banks. MW was not satisfied and started to question the banks in HK and China. That's why NQ transferred the money.

Here's the link if you missed it. The account numbers, owner, terms and maturity date in your questions are all showing there on page 4.
