A Stock Bottom Doesn't Mean the Bull Is Coming Back

The Russell has been straight up for the last month. Straight up usually needs a pullback to present one with a suitable entry point. Look for that and then pounce on it.

Incidentally, a bull market and a bear market rally which takes the market to new all-time highs seems like a distinction without a difference.
