And every time someone gets foreclosed on, they are effectively removed from the Demand pool. So, in the equation, you have effectively built a new home looking for a new buyer.
As for the stocks, you nitwit, they're the result of short-squeezes. Of course, if you actually PLAYED the market, rather than writing about it, you would know this.
