World Recovery Is in the Hands of OPEC

We can be free from foreign oil in 20 years. The technology and US resources are already here. All we need is the leadership Obama should have focused on this first instead of healthcare and set the vision for the future. This would have driven jobs and made our Arab enemies impotent.
