Hey poncawolf. I, as an average American, under the rule of the Bush new world order, have not done to badly. Infact, I have done better in the last 5 years, than any time in my 54 years. I, and most average Americans are not about to lose our homes. It is the morons that took out loans they shouldn't have, or ARM loans, or not responsible about paying their bills first, or abusing credit cards, etc., and probably shouldn't even be buying a home, that are in danger of losing their home. I have a good idea, why not get a fixed rate loan. I just bought eggs for $1.48, and a gallon of milk for $3.48, I am not freezing, sweating, or about to lose my home. Oh, I must be one of the rich that prey on the little guy. Wrong. I make about $36000 a year, and I heat at what is comfortable, and cool the same, and, I pay my own bills, and my house payment, and want no help from the government.

WACG, Sounds like excuses to me, just like with the rest of the market. Use the slightest bad news to keep things down. About 2 month a go, there was nothing but gloom and doom to manipulate the market, or to get the Fed to drop interest rates, etc. The short term, cowboys hate the long term morons, as they call us. Just hold out, and don't let them scare you into selling.
