      Did anyone read the artical about Google supplying free music down loads to China? They say because they can't stop thos sneaky little,you know whats from pirating over there, so we will just let them down load all they want for free. Its just another way to get their foot in the door in China, and to try to beat BIDU in China. Here in America, people were being sued for down loading Lime wire music, and are forbidden to do the same on others. I wish people would forgo using Google until they also allow us to do, what they will let others do, just for greed. Also, don't think they will let this happen forever. Once they have a hold on the Chinese market, guess what, they will charge them also.

      I'm married to a Chinese woman, and have been to China several times, Shanghai. I say good for the Chinese government!!! They are struggling to hold on to THEIR culture, not ours, and frankly, I don't think they know what to do now, and because of greed, as with the rest of the world, they are letting in the influence of the outside world. The Chinese youth are changing to fast, and all want to be like Americans, and I see, and tell my wife, that in the next 10 to 20 years she won't, and the Chinese government won't know what hit them. Is it such a grat thing to give up your culture to adopt another. I feel so sorry for them, and when they have lazy, un disciplined, Rapp listening worthless children, like many of our own, they will either fold to it, or have a massive clamp down. I would tell all outside business, and governments, if you want to do buisness in my country, then you will go by my rules, and don't expect us to change for you. We fail to see all the bad in our country, and are quick to critize others. Like they say, clean up your own back yard. I have walked down the streets of slum areas in Shanghai, at night, in total darkness, and felt safe. Last week I went to a city in California, to the old down town area, and as evening came on, more, and more of our BETTER citizen started to come out, I told my wife, we need to get out of here before dark, true. Don't believe everything you hear, or read, certainly not from the Media.

      At the present, I'm getting burned on SOLF. I bought it at $25.35 with talk of as much as $80.00. It hit $40.00 in January, then the bottom dropped out, so I will wait, and hope to break even.

      Chinese Economy Humming Along; Stocks Still Raise Concern
      Its nice to hear some one admit to a mistake, and not try to back peddle. I believe you are right, but we still can't control the panic sellers. I have some Chinese stock, and have always come out a head with CHL. I bought SOLF at $25.35, it hit about $40.00 in January, and I kept it on advice from the news, that it could get to $80.00, and now with the news of the convert. bonds they have announced. I am getting burned, its $9.55 as I write this. I hope it gets better after March 27th when they post their earning. I'll dump it. With what I know of Chinese stock, is that it is risky, and needs a lot of study to trade in it. I feel as if I'm in Vegas when playing the Chinese market.

      What do you think about Stem cell research? I have stock in one company, and am waiting in hopes that the next President will allow Federal funding. I have been buying it over the past year and a half. Any thoughts on the subject?

      Found a Chinese stock you may be interested in, Jade Art Group, JADG
      Very interesting artical. For more information, visit: www.jadeartgroupinc.co... I just bought 1500 shares. What made me decide in the end, was the fact that when the entire stock market, pretty much world wide took a giant dive, this stock just had a small blip, and continued to rise. It has dropped some since I bought it, but I think it will recover, and hopefully continue to climb.
