  • Linn Energy Explains Outlook After Distribution And Capex Spending Reductions [View article]
In two years it could be $200. per b and nat gas $20 per thousand cf. I think there is a better chance of that than 10 per b and 20cents per thousand.

  • After Linn, Citi sees more MLP distribution cuts [View news story]
Have not lost a single penny yet. Have not sold so no lost. Still collecting dist. even if it is half of what my average was. Buying over several years my average is around 18 per unit so div. (dist.) is still 10 or 11 % . I am hoping for no more cuts but another cut would not bother me a lot. Beats less than 1% at the bank or 2 to 3 % dividends from other holdings. So still long LINE and for now plan on staying that way.

Long LINE and have not lost a single penny. One does not lose until they are scared into selling. I still like my over 10% dividend on my investment. I was really happy for a while looking at 18 to 20% but was expecting the cut. If it goes back south of 10 I will buy some more.

Seems funny that if you are so neg. about LINE/LINCO and have no interest in buying such a dog why have you been following it so faithfully? I don't think anyone who owns LINE or LINCO cares what you think.

  • Update: Linn Energy's Distribution Cut Hurts, But Its New 11% Yield Is Nothing To Whine About [View article]
Good for you brother when one has nothing to do but study the market and know all the in's and out's of puts, calls etc etc. I would like to but I guess I would rather be hunting and fishing. Staying long with LINE and still collecting a 12% dividend and have been for a long time. Good luck with your calls and puts. I mean that sincerely .

  • Linn Energy tumbles after slashing distribution, capex spending [View news story]
Your right the shorts keep trying to tie LINE to shale. I still like the dist. at half. It is still around 12% even at half. A lot more than any of the other holdings I have. I will be a buyer at any thing below 10.

  • Avoid Linn Energy LLC And These Other MLP Value Traps [View article]
Sell my ____ . Even if they cut the dist. in half it still pays more than anything I hold . I don't have a loss until I sell and I am not going to do that. I just keep collecting da mony every month. So as to the other BS article "when will the pain stop" BS also. My average cost per unit ,sure it is more than the current price but I don't care. I is paying me an average of 12% . Cut that in half and still better than any other holding I have except my 5 1/2 munis tax free = 8 to 9 % in my tax bracket. So stick it in your ears bears.
