      markbmark, You must not remember the interoperable radio that Micheal H. said only needed a firmware update to be operable. Well were is it? Was that another conspiracy theory of Mikes that turned out to be not true. Now might he be right, maybe, but with his record for being wrong I need more then his conspiracy theory.

      Bababooie, I'll bet that money raised is going to go directly towards the GS Feb. converts due. Mel wants to get those taken out most of all, kind of like a stick in GS eye. Not to mention that brings the total Feb. convert debt down close to what I believe they will have in FCF in the forth quarter of 2008. At the rate they are going, if they have to they would only need to delute buy about another 1 billion shares more to take out the rest of 2009 debt, if they use cash on hand along with it.

      cos1000, For the most part on DSX the dividend will hold. Many people dont realize that DSX has long term contracts that go as far as 10 years most though go about 5 years some are 3 years. NM also has some long term just not as many. Second when I told you the dividend last time was going to be .90 to .91 cents, I think this dividend will be close to .87 cents give or take a penny. I also bought back in to both not to long ago more DSX then NM though. Thank god for that because I got NM at 4. Thats what I get for not following my own advise about when to buy back.



      connorport, For the record the shippers dont pay for the fuel. That is for the most part, is paid by the company that contracted them. If that was what you were talking about.

      Now as for sl62 leaving I have no problem with people that lie, leaving. As many know I believe if someone gives you the wrong directions, then how does that help you get to were you are going.

      cos1000, I know, you and I have for the most part called our buy and sell positions before they happen. Not only with SIRI but others. My point to sl62 was he first bashes the stock then the next thing we hear him say is that he bought into the stock he just bashed. I know there is a difference between you and him for one you already said you would buy more. Next you have not been bashing it.

I dont believe those people unless they say I will get in at this PPS and then out at this PPS, before it happens. Try doing what cos1000 and I do which is what I just said. You will sound much more believable.

      sl62, Thats why I call you a dumb a$$ because you think daytraders will mess with stocks they think are losers. They may short them in trading but they dont go long on them. Thats why you lost money every other day and on the point of fact, I love people that say they bought back after the fact, that they justy put it down and would not get back in. Then say I got in and sold at the top of the price. You people are such liers. I have a policy that works for me.       You are most likely right I just dont want to be kicking myself in the a$$ if I were to sell and it went to 1.5 in 10 seconds because Mel comes out and says that the 2009 debt is all taken care of. As you know that kind of shit is leaked before any of us know and by that time it is to late for us.

      sl62 My problem with you is you say you think the company yes thats right the company because the people that run it make the company is a terrible investment. Now though we find out that you lied for the simple fact you dont daytrade in a stock that you think sucks. You do that with a good company because then your chances are way less that you will lose.

      Second I always like a good debate, the dumber the opponent the better. Thats right you are a dumb a$$ because anyone that daytrades in a company that they think sucks is a dumb a$$.
