Estimating KSW at 40% Below Fair Valuation

There was no 1 million decrease in SG&A. I suggest you read the 10-K again and do a little math. Yahoo Finance is not to be trusted without scrutiny. The SG&A number for the Dec qtr was ~$900k. The previous quarters should all be adjusted lower. KSW was overstating Stock option expenses.
