    According to Dr. Steven Leeb, China has initiated a 500 billion plus stimulus package that based on their GDP exceeds the US plan significantly. The stealth rise in mainland stocks may well support a foundational move rather than a muddled mass rush to board the train.

    Ruling out a legitimate uptrend initiation may be correct but on the other hand, missing a substantive move from discounted levels is certainly possible. Additionally, every investor’s best friend, Jimmy Rogers, capitulated last week. Rogers exclaimed with an extraordinarily animated and pained expression that he was not buying any markets except agricultural commodities and gold!

    No, they do fly the Goodyear Blimp overhead flashing buy stocks now but the Rogers’ surrender is as close as it gets!
