    86 Billion - 2.5 Spectrum - low-end value according to Bloomberg
    20 Billion - Other Sprint Spectrum Bands
    18 Billion - Network assets
    5 Billion - Cash
    31 Billion - Debt
    This equates to ~$24 per share value (market cap ~96B).
    Not including any value for the ongoing entity with 55 million+ customers and 8-9 billion in revenue a year. Some object to this approach to valuation, but these are hard assets. They can be sold, or through some restructuring, monetized. Bottom line, the value is there.
    The 115 Billion dollar valuation equates to ~$31 per share (market cap ~125B).
    It's just a matter of time...
