Yes, and he agrees the stock is going lower and it is a long term strategy. I then responded with " your great great grandchildren will love you."

    Just some information.

I was at a party this weekend and was talking to an investment banker that owns Sears Holdings stock persoanlly. He said the company will eventually turn into Lampert's only investment vehicle.

Let me get to the points, he said that the company will generate massive cash flow from rent, online retail, brands royalties, owned subsidiaries and profitable brick and mortar stores.

We seemed to have heard this before - will it get done.

My opinion is after Lampert makes his large personal purchase of Sears Holdings, his largest ever, he will start his next strategy of making Sears Holdings his only investment vehicle.

I'm not saying or saying Lampert can do it but developments like that generate massive cash flow and if he could stop losses, couple the rents, profitable stores and royalties he will need those carry forward losses for deductions.

I agree, I'm sure that location is one of the jewels. I know with developments like that there are leases that must be expire and negotiated prior the construction. We know at least it has been approved.

Those 125 properties are about the valuable land.

Yes, I'd like to know what and where are the properties in the 125 housing subsidiary. Those are the crown jewels and have not been touched.

Mark, I'm kind of surprised you don't know which properties are in the 125 subsidiary. Considering the research you do on the company.
