Deutsche Telekom: Bid for Sprint an Attempt to Boost Struggling Business

With all of the lawsuits, (including several class action suits as well as the affiliate lawsuits) the way outdated IDEN technology (which will not support high speed data) and an almost complete lack of goodwill that Sprint has, I would be very surprised if DT completed this merger. Sprint is a rapidly sinking ship and DT has impressed me as being way too smart to do this. (Not to mention the nightmare and huge expenses they would have with three completely non compatible technologies.)
