Why Do Pharmas Call Themselves Biotechs?

biopharma?

I wondered the same thing. How do I correctly file
a Co. name if they say they are both a Pharma, BioParma
and a BioTech Co., without having 3-listings for one Co.

WestJet: June Load Factor Down, But Still a Buy - Versant

I haven't flown for many years, but
when I do it will definately be with
WestJet if they have a flight scheduled
to my destination. They are a concerned
and caring Co. from all I hear on our
Canadian News.

As always, every time I read an article at Seeking Alpha
I learn something new about stocks and investing.

Do you think I picked a great time to get interested
in stocks.....Last year when all the volatility started
ie: Bear Stearns, etc.?

With all the help from Seeking Alpha and others,
I probably was able to learn more in one year than
at any other time in history except for slightly similar
times in the 70's & 80's.

I wouldn't buy Air Canada, just because they
have too many complaints about how they
treat the travelling public. Try watching the
Canadian News. I think they are a disgrace
to our country.

Now "WestJet is another story" They get
all kinds of great reviews from the
travelling public.

There is no connection between me and
either Airline. But if I buy shares in the future
it definitely would be WestJet (and I might
just do that soon enough) as I like the way
they treat their passengers.

I hope the Lawyers go after these Firms, Companies,
People and Government Institutions/Banks etc.

I believe it was in the 1980's when they found a
scam/manipulation on Silver that precautions
would be taken so his kind of thing would never
happen again. But, when people get greedy they
will do almost anything for the almighty dollar
whether it's legal or illegal and to hell with
anyone else if they get hurt in the long run.
