    US companies are outsourcing their IT work to Chile since the cost of labor is cheap and the workforce is highly educated compared to other outsourcing destinations.
    Also,
    the time zone in Chile is equivalent to US eastern. Easier to deal with than timing calls to the far east.

    KYE currently sells at a 6.8% premium, above its historical discount. Its generally a good idea to buy closed end funds like KYE when selling closer to their historical discount.

    Another idea for generating income on your dividend producing portfolio is to sell covered calls on your positions.

    Most of your individual stock analyses that I have read are based on the assumption that the current market low PE's represent a temporary situation, and that as the economy recovers the PE ratios will also recover. I wonder if this is truly the case.

    if you are looking at FFA, also consider the other closed end call writing funds: IGD, LCM, NAI. All pay about high yields- from 10.3 to 11.2%. IGD has been more consistently positive in market price.
