  • Seadrill Angers EU With Rosneft Deal, New Sanctions May Hurt [View article]
SDRL a tremendous value at these low 30's price, which represents nearly 3 year low.. With their massive backlog, plus easily the most modern assets of any offshore driller, they will be able to maintain solid EBITA and keep the dividend. But, if they do drop it say a huge 30% to 2.40 annually, then it still is a sustainable yield of roughly 7.75% (2.40 / 31.00). Which, is a great return while you wait for the recovery, which will come eventually. They have built good relationships with Mexico and Brazil as they ramp up their deep water exploration and production.. Finally, the EIA or the IEA or whatever those oil predictors say, oil use is not falling day to day, but SUPPOSEDLY growing less.. Thus, I am bullish on SDRL.. "Buy when there is blood in the street"

  • Seadrill could be headed for a dividend cut, Wells Fargo says [View news story]
I feel if dividend is maintained when they announce earnings in 15 days, the stock will pop to over $40.00 again. Any increase will see it to the mid 40's.. Buy at these levels! Ignore most if not all analysts since their track records are seldom scrutinized!!!
