Everyone bought up steel stocks where they should ini aluminium stocks... Steel is three times as heavy as aluminium... One pound of aluminium is as strong as two pound o f steel. One pound of alumiium is 50% bigger than two pound of steel.. imagine that?!!!! Aluminium is stronger by lighter density and bigger mass than steel. Everyone will love aluminium again!

That is why we are bullding ridiculously tiny cars of steel while we can buiild more comfortable cars made of aluminium for same fuel efficiency.. tiny cars is not practical and we found that out already long ago... That was the reason we returned to bigger cars and gas guzzling this last time around... Tiny cars will never survive here in America . Put aluminium in tiny cars to make them bigger and more comfortable..

In case you dont realize... our whole aluminium industry is still too small to support the need of our automotive industry to build lighter cars . We still need to build twice as many smelters or more to meet the requirments of the automotive industry in order to boost the fuel efficiency. The world still produce thirty tons of steel for every ton of aluminium. We had been busy stripping all our homes of old aluminium framed windows to boost scrap supplies, yet it is n ot enough . We will demand far more aluminium than you would imagine in the forseeable future.. We will save a lot of energy recycling aluminium than recycling steel.

We are already replacing glass beer bottles with aluminium bottles.. yeah yeah! no more broken glass on the pavement, sidewalks and trails!!! Hooray!!! This will encourage more bicyclsts who are sick and tired of flat tires from running over broken glass everywhere. We are shrinking our cars to save weight and fuel to a point where it is getting so ridiculous!! Putting more aluminium into those shrinking cars will stop the shrinking and reverse the process without any sacrifices in fuel economy.. Remember there is still so many of us that are Big & Tall Men and Women who are in search of small cars that will be comfortable to drive... Aluminium is and will be the answer ! We will have safer small cars that will be bigger than what we have got now.. hell, those small cars are just plain silly!

Are you also meaning that Rio Tinto was a sucker for buying Alcan for $$38 billion? Alcan was half Alcoa size... Cars will no longer be made mostly of steel as you should very well know... Steel is too heavy for cars... We are already hard at work figuring out how to put more aluminium into cars, buses, etc.. besides plastic and composities... Only 350 pounds of aluminium goes in every car... Why isnt PickUps made of aluminum yet?? This would boost gas mileage?? Gasoline prices shot to $4.50 a gallon only recently... It will be a matter of time before we figure out how to put more aluminium in all cars...Our economy went south primarly because of oil prices not foreclosed properties and failed banks.. It was always the OIL OIL OIL OIL OIL PRICES THAT KEEP COMING BACK TO SCREW UP OUR ECONOMY.. It is nobrainer for me to be convinced that Americans is finally fed up with Big Oil!! By the way.,,,, ALCOA is at all times lows, and you are so eager to tell us to avoid ALCOA stock, DUH DUHDUH EH EH DUH EDEEDUHH!

Living in a democratic country doesnt necessarily mean that we have to talk honestly... We are systemically hacking our ways around , hoodwinking with eachothers geting ahead while millions of us are paying thorugh our noses and ears trying to keep up... It is so amazing to me...
