For a company with so obviously faulty steering that beat the economy with a downward spiraling pathway despite a healthy spreadsheet, to acquire just such a company as Bill Me Later once the econmy HAS commenced to derail is LUNACY!

Buy a credit company for close to a billion dollars when the very foundation of credit industry is cracking wide open?!
