I am constantly amazed and flabbergasted at continued ignorance of stock reporting regarding the internal disease that is now ebay.

By the same token, why would I want to "go back" -- should ebay return to its roots out of near-fatal desperation -- to a company so despicable?

I don't think this can be better stated. This is a clear-sighted summation of how ebay is now regarded. I don't want anything to do with ebay anymore. Ever. It has become a feral animal.

If eBay changed EVERYTHING for the better I would still not return, but continue to work diligently to build the other sites I'm selling on.

For everybody's information, Amazon DOES NOT ALLOW more than (1) account unless you get their permission beforehand. Permission is rarely granted & the penalty for ignoring the rule is PERMANENT suspension from Amazon.

Absolutely correct. Amazon does NOT fool around. One seller account and THAT IS IT! They have ways to track you down and suspend. Again as stated, go to the Amazon Seller Forum, full of suspended threads.

Paypal is NOT a bank! It is NOT bound by FDIC insured rules, and that's serious!

At this point in time Paypal is held accountable by NO rules save whatever they want. They change their policies like people daily change clothes. Just Google and Youtube and you'll start getting the REAL picture, no pun intended.

By the way, if you bother to take the time to read the user agreements and policies, it will scare the pants off you!

Not much to say about ebay anymore. Honostly, ebay is a has been by there own choice. And fixed price wasn't so much a choice for the charts but the charts were flooded with a bazillion big boxers who then court you directly to their own website. And yes, it works.

To be truthful, I am more into the other sites I now work and seldom give ebay a thought. Even the angst has gone -- for me -- from a roaring flame to a simmer. Soon, very, ebay will be completely off my radar.
