eBay's Latest Screw-Up

wow.. As expected. Here come the conspiracies - I must work for eBay - you are nuts.

Anyway, a compliment for Industrialstrength. Sounds like you have a good idea. I don't know what a Dutch Auction is but I suspect its immaterial. But a question for ya - hasn't eBay created that policy by not showing all the duplicates in search? If that is the case, wouldn't smart sellers stop listing all the duplicates unless they are not as smart as you? Although, even if you do list duplicates, I suspect that one would show up, then if purchased, another would show up so one would always be in search and the rest in your online store. Real stores don't put their whole inventory on the shelves or in the front window, it would be stupid. They put some in the windows and shelves, then the rest are in stock in the back. Isn't this the same thing?

Anyway - I'm done here. My point accomplished. Lots of whining, little constructive criticism with noted exception to IndustrialStrength.
