Visa Stock Ownership Has Its Privileges [View article]

Come on guys can't we all get along. Lets all just talk about what we all came here to talk about. Visa. I will admit that i am not as experienced as any of you but i would just want to hear what you all have to say about Visa. How does everyone or anyone think about the economy and how it effects Visa? Or what about some gas stations not allowing people to pay with credit cards?
Cat~eyes I know exactly what you mean. I only have 185 shares and will buy another 100 soon but when i read that some people are buying thousands of shares it makes me seem small. The only bad thing about riding Visa to the top is that when i sell i have to pay taxes on my earnings. you gotta hate the IRS.
I am going to buy another 100 shares once my funds clear. I am not greedy, so won't mind buying in at 85 because i am in it for the long run and I still think Visa is a Very Strong Buy even at 90.

Where all the people who said Visa will go down to $44 a share or below. I will tell you, they are at home crying because they didn't get in at $58 a share. I have already made $3000 just in profit. Go Visa.

I would like all the anti-visa people to start making guesses on when the price will hit 55 and we will see if your right or not. Because all i am hearing is oh this stock is going down to the low 50's. NONE of you have posted a guess or even a time frame. All i hear is that "it is coming soon" or "just wait". It is very easy to say it is going down but try covering all the angles. I bought visa at 57 a share and i am in it for the long run. I do not expect it to jump to 200 in a month. With more people in debt and the unemployment rate being so high people will use credit cards when they have no cash. that is the bottom line. People will not stop buying things just because they don't have the money right now. Bottom line is that Visa is a good long run stock, it may go up and down but i just want all the anti-visa people to start making predictions of time because we could be a year from now and all you people will still say "oh it is going down soon".

Hey guys don't forget about the Millions of government checks that the government is going to send out. That is like several billion dollars. What do you think most people will do with it? Some will put in the bank and use there VISA debit cards to purchase things or some will pay off there debt to Visa. Either way Visa will totally cash in on the government's way to stimulate the economy. All I can say is give Visa time.
I see no cap to this stock. I have 80 shares and i totally see the stock for more than 300 in a few years. The difference is with banks having people not paying they lose money but the credit card company takes the people to collections. And it is extremely hard to file for bankrupcy. I am going to make a guess that Visa stock will be around 100 dollars a share at the end of the year because we are either in a recession or about to be and what do you think people do when they have no money, they charge it. Nuff said.
