Formation Capital Offers a Rare Opportunity: a Cobalt Play [View article]
Let me clarify the above two comments. I did more research after the first comment. I think the non-diluted shares could fall another 50 percent because of the pending dilution issue. I think that after the financing package gets done, if it gets done, dilution could impact the existing share value by another 80 percent.
I say "if it gets done" because the true market cap of the company versus the amount of financing needed suggests that FCO might not get a deal that does anything for it or its shareholders. Perhaps FCO should consider selling the project after it gets its permit to proceed?

I just read your article and did some fast research. This share price collapsed in the past week or so. It's down by at least one third. I examined the dilution issue mentioned in the first comment, too. I think I could lose at least 50 percent of today's price if I bought shares today. What exactly made you buy your shares again? Good luck to you, Mr. Tan!

First, FCO's market cap is only about $60 million today. (My source is stockhouse.com.) Your numbers in your estimates are highly "optimistic". FCO needs $165 million in financing to get the mine opened. Do you really think FCO is going to get its financing needs "aligned" with current shareholders? Shareholder dilution could be as high as 80 percent...if not more! Run the numbers and see for yourself.
You hold a position in FCO. What is your basis? It currently is trading around 30 cents. My thought is that you need to pump this stock (which is a potential nightmare for an investor) to possibly recover from a deep losing position.
Look for this company to trade in single digits before too long. Of course, this is my own opinion which doesn't contain significant errors like your exaggeration of FCO's market cap by 100 percent....
By the way...is this company earning any money? Has it ever? It looks like a penny stock promoter's dream stock...kinda' sorta'...NOT!
