    Equal Energy's management and Board of Directors need to be replaced. They hired Scotia to create value for Equal's shareholders and now that Scotia has done their job - Scotia lowers their rating on Equal. The market is saying Scotia and Equal management have not done their job in creating value. Since Don Klapko took over in 2007 Equal has lost 76% of its value while he made over 11 million dollars. ...Thanks for your article Adam.
