BBI - Shares are not down strictly from it's announcement. I'ts only from speculation. Blockbuster stores need an overhaul, CC stores are an attractive model and size, aside from most current Blockbuster stores the new floor models would be a good fit. With the real estate and assets CC currently possess I think it would be a profitable purchase for them. Yes they are different companies but the transformation would be a plus to consumers, only CC is falling but BBI has the only dominent retail front in it's field. Visual characteristics of a retailer makes a difference to me, and with or without CC, BBI stores seem to be improving steadily. BUY NOW.
I think of Yang as a gold digger, he's the type that would sell an item at a garage sale for 1/2 cent from what you would pay brand new. Even though he has faith in his decisions, he's forgetting one thing as he's looking to maximize the value for the shareholders.... They will be eating off of the paper plate when it's all said and done. How in the H3!! could Google be looking out for Yahoo's best intrests.
I am reading this and all I see is, time being bought. Be carefull before you sign on the dotted line. Sounds like he is willing to risk alot to save face...How much pride can one have to not admit they were wrong and risk a mountain of gold to settle for a teaspoon of silver.

Err... choosing to reload the operating three times to try and get it to work might be a clue. :)
Thankyou glawrie for your personel comment directed toward me. But for what it's worth to you, my second load was after updated drivers for some of my hardware had been released but still had bugs. Now all is well, same hardware, same browser, no more problems. Why not try making a valid comment on the subject at hand, your a Director o-of a c-company for christ sake.
