The word Cramer is bad news. Wasn't DOW supposed to hit 15000 last year, ooops, we are under 11,000 10 months later. This is what is wrong with the system, guys like Cramer are still around, babbling. Ultimately, DOW will hit 15,000, may be this year or 10 years from now, and he will be saying told you so.
