Currently - practicing attorney mainly engaged in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, but some transactional work in small to medium M&A, business formation, business reorgs.

Engineer & Management - Oil & Gas Upstream (E&P) and Midstream (Gas Processing, Pipelines, Terminals & Transportation) here in the United States and in the Middle East. Involved in the corporate planning area, evaluating strategic investment direction and new departure development and integration.

Information Technology - Responsible for IT policy and planning in a major Oil & Gas company in the wildly dynamic 1989-1999 era, transition from the monolithic IBM mainframe to the first stages of an internal "web based" infrastructure and applications. (Commercial Litigation is much less stressful).

Over the years I have taught university classes in engineering economics, thermodynamics, business ethics and law as adjunct faculty.

Six kids - aged 13 to 30, its been a wild ride!
