    • DAG1996: i think so, but i bought under $5. not just "third-world"... everywhere except the US and they're working on that, though it's a tough road

    • DAG1996: agree. MSFT is what made me comfortable buying NOK. at the same time, mobile is a very tough & unpredictable business to be watched closely
