Hey, Congress, Guess What? WaMu's Toast

Why was it taken over? There was no run on deposits. Perhaps the reason for the takeover was very weak, and the takeover was just to scare everyone to back this phony 700 billion dollar bailout.

Why aren't these FDIC takeovers reviewed by the courts? Stockholders and bondholders of WaMu should demand such a judicial review.

Kicking People Out - Cramer's Stop Trading! (9/24/08)

People will still get kicked out of their houses. Let housing prices tank and they can get back in sooner. I was renting as I moved a couple of years ago and foresaw this fiasco.
But my landlord quit paying the mortgage, but kept the rent money.

Cramer is just pimping for the bankers. Notice that no one is talking about adding a repeal of that bankruptcy law passed a couple of years ago.

There is far more wrong with our economy, which is based on growth with cheap labor, than just the mortgages. It is riddled with Ponzi schemes such as Social Security.

If free markets are not allowed to correct, then let's just nationalize banks and houses!!

Fear At Work - Cramer's Stop Trading (9/17/08)

Dear Mr. Cramer is talking about the times we have gotten through before; he doesn't mention the solutions were always Band-Aids®. He should include Johnson & Johnson, JNJ, in his discussion. I don't know if a Band-Aid® will work this time, but sooner, or later, the chickens will come home to roost. This may be that time.
