    Author states: Feb 19 – Billionaire Ron Burkle increased his stake in XFML to a total of 12% of the company's outstanding common shares at $3 per share

    Please note that this means that Burkle bought at $6 per ADS. Now the stock is trading aound $2 ADS which is $1 per common share.
