They are getting tons of cancellations as we speak. A friend of mine called to cancel, waited for an hour and a half before doing so.

Exactly! I perceive him as educator and entertainer. Educational on how the market and traders operate. He tells you to do your own homework before making a decision and to diversify your portfolio.

Stern will re-sign with sat rad and siri-xm will not file chapter 11 in 2009 (although they should) Siri will do a reverse split later in the year to avoid delistment unless the delistment rules are suspended another additional 6 months.
How Will Sirius XM Refinance Its Debt Now? [View article]
Poor Credit environment, Election Year, Poor Auto Sales, 18 Months of Merger Stall Tactics by the NAB, An FCC that allowed those stall tactics, an "UGLY" Debt Financing Plan, 18.5 Million Subscribers, A Negative Stock Market, Possibility of Delisting = A HELL OF A BUY AT THESE LEVELS FOLKS!!!!

For those people making death threats towards Jim Kramer....find something more constructive to do with your time. There are many other stock opportunities in the current market, surely you did not put ALL of your eggs in one basket and are diversified. If you were searching for that "One Big Score" and putting all of your money in one stock the only person you can blame is the person in the mirror! Buying High and selling Low is not a good strategy and this company won't go bankrupt. Be patient!
