      For those people making death threats towards Jim Kramer....find something more constructive to do with your time. There are many other stock opportunities in the current market, surely you did not put ALL of your eggs in one basket and are diversified. If you were searching for that "One Big Score" and putting all of your money in one stock the only person you can blame is the person in the mirror!       300M population in the U.S.-18M current SAT/RAD Subs = 282 MILLION POTENTIAL SAT/RAD SUBSCRIBERS. SIRIUS XM is already #2 as a radio service with huge growth potential. It may take years for profitability to be reached (which may not be a good play for traders). Let's not forget about other areas of the market such as TV and GARMIN.       This guy is merely show boating. I think commissioner Tate's conditions are far less demanding but this guy wanted to beat her to the punch to make it look like he tried to do his part to his special interest group the NAB!!

      If I were Mel, I would accept these conditions only if traditional radio converts all of their receivers over so that they can carry sat radio signals and require that they pick up their share of the expenses including the cost of building new receivers as well as picking up some of the royalty expenses and so forth. There is no such thing as a free lunch and the NAB is trying to sell this lemon to the public under the disguise of their concern for the consumer while everyone knows they are looking out for themselves!!!!!       HOW ABOUT A GOVERNMENT MANDATE THAT REQUIRES ALL TRADITIONAL RADIO COMPANIES TO DEVELOP AND DISTRIBUTE RECEIVERS CAPABLE OF RECEIVING SATELLITE RADIO SIGNALS AND REQUIRE THEM TO PICK UP THE COST OF THOSE RECEIVERS WHICH WOULD INCLUDE PAYING THE ROYALTIES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH BROADCASTING ALL MUSIC, TALK SHOWS, AND SPORTING EVENTS!!!!

      I think it should be mandated that all traditional radios should be able to receive the new merged satellite radio companies signals and that traditional radio should pay for this new mandate!!
