With the "irresponsible" acts of halting and continuing issue of new notes for TVIX, I don't think Credit Suisse should be considered of "capable" to maintain the stable values of the notes they issued. This ETN has made the "insiders" millions of dollars, when un-informed small traders/investors got burnt (losing more than half the values in 3 days??)... I think Credit Suisse is not capable of handling the trades of TVIX and should be subject to withdrawal by SEC.

Look at TLT it is staying about $115 for couple months, even the S&P has already upped "terribly" (as seem by some bears). Just imagine if the TLT down to its normal level with normal yields, how much liquidity will need to be squeeze out from there?
