Yahoo!, Microsoft: Edging Closer to a Deal?

I agree with quem. If Google ad clicks are supposedly on the decline, just think about how much worse it's going to be for Yahoo! Microsoft is smart to wait until Yahoo! releases earnings and disappoints. They'll get Yahoo! cheaper and shareholders will have much more incentive to vote for the deal to go through.
