Dow at 8000 Is Not Out of the Question

I remember the book that made lofty projections for Dow going to 40000 and 8000 is a number along those lines. The situation of economy is bad and there's a distinct possibility Citi gets bruised to the point of being put on life support and Lehman meets a similar fate, if not as bad, but a range of 9800-10400 seems more realistic if the doomsayers are proven right.
