If those shorts are wrong, or even mos-timed, they will be slaughtered. Do you object to free-markets? Would you like to ban all selling?

I have stated for months that ANY Fiduciary investing others peoples money or doing business with thse Opaque banks will probably be found negligent by any jury hearing the case.
