Truth be told, Siri/XM can't rant and rave about how great it will be because we have to hide from the almighty (you know existing monopolies). We must hide our treasures until we are free from the gripes of the existing powers that be. You do not see these companies speaking about all the positive out comes from the merger. But we shall see. Bet on Mel, bet on the future of music, news and talk radio management and disturbution. I am all in. People will pay just like they are all paying for the IPOD right now.

No Pains, No gains. Everybody please relax. These guys are light weights compared to waxon on the google blogs. You have to see what kind of asswholes I am dealing with over there. These stocks will rock and destroy. Do you think that the NAB and others are investing so much time and money because they have niothing to fear. Even Apple and google are secretly antimerger for vaious reasons. LOL (in a very spooky and creepy way)! The real pain will come when these stocks take off and everyone on the sidelines didn't jump in! Keep blogging homies! They told me to switch my style up but if they hate then let them hate and watch the money pile up.

The stilleto is the best music device out there!
    You can record live radio.
I don't use my ipod anymore.
I just record what I like.
Half the songs I recorded are songs I never would of remebered or would pay to have.
Wireless head phones are Kinda wack but it does come in handy at certain times.
    This product is so underated.
I got the new Nas song when it played for the first time and have had it ever since.
It does not get any better then this but I heard that they are making a stilleto with TV capabilities. Money baby, Money.

  • CITI: $8 Target on Sirius [View article]
They have to be kidding me already! What the F--- are they doing already. They have to figure this out already. The Economy is doing bad enough, do they really want to make it worse even after the DOJ approved it already. Do they really want to see one of the companies go out of business like Senator Gene Green would like to see. He flat out said he hopes that they go out of business. That is what an elected official has said that he wishes a fatal fate of the industry because his friends don't have a piece of it. If he had any friends in the satrad industry then he would be pro merger.

  • CITI: $8 Target on Sirius [View article]
I really think the merger is already done. The estimate from citi might not be so far off. That many radio's will exist, that can and will be activated again in certain cases. You can't beat fresh content, news, shows and the lists goes on and on. Once people get it in the car, then they will get it in their house, summer house and finally in their boat. TV will be enormous. Sat TV on the boat while I am tuna fishing watching my stocks go up. The upside is tremendous. Unfortunately we are witnessing modern day acts of intentional sabotage by people in power solely to protect their own intrests instead of the whats best for the public. Enough said. The DOJ has broken the ties and the strangle hold on our government. An old monopoly has met it's competition face to face for the very first time. Instead of standing up like a men, they have cried like babies. The merger will happen before May 1st, they have been directed by the DOJ big dogs.

  • Sirius's Short Story [View article]
Well if the FCC who should also protect American companies and consumers did their job instead of protecting those who should be regulating (NAB and The 12 AG's). They could just pass the merger already and put so money back into people's hands simply cause they have the opportunity to. But the way this has been mishandled is heart breaking to investors and consumers who really care about the industry. They disguise there reasons for the hold up for the merger as if we were in Iraq trying to get something passed by Suddam. Everyday that passes they erode our investment. Who the hell are they protecting again? Up 4 cents and down six again! Thank the FCC and don't call them. They told me they can't help me. I said to them "you ain't kidding"!

  • Still Too Early to Buy Sirius - Merrill [View article]
Your right, not the first but may be the worst. We shall see as everybody is increasingly over optimistic asking if the bottom is behind us like children in a car asking their parents "are we there yet". Unfortunately there is a long way to go and we aren't even close to half way.

What's up turtle; My belief is what it is. They allowed lousy lending practices and took their eye off the ball. Sort of like going to Iraq looking for terrorist. People are being destroyed and big brother who is suppose to regulate these things should of intervened a long time ago. They did not allow the first correction to to fully mature. This housing correction will be enormous. The signs are showing up every morning when i tune in to learn more people are not paying the mortgages. Companies are going broke at a record pace. But lets not point any fingers right. With this administration there is never any one liable for anything. Just so you know the last property I bought was in 1991 and i bought my office build in Long Island City queens for $70,000.00 dollars. I have a view of Manhattan. Someone purchased the same size lot and building for $750,000.00 two years ago. That ain't right and as much as i would like it to be true, it's not. This baker did not get burned but a turtle is always SLOW!

This correction is long overdue. It should of happened a long time ago. We have an administration that has been putting a band aid on something that needed to be operated on. The longer it took to correct the more people jumped in and there will be so many that could have been saved before making a mistake. But this won't affect satrad. It is available for everybody. Believe it or not I think that this was the perfect storm that swayed the decision for this merger. The economy is shot and there are enough companies going out of business. Blocking this merger at this point would just be another crushing day on the market. How would it look if one of these companies go bankrupt shortly after? If it was a different time and things were better, they probably would of blocked it. Our government is doing a lot of things for the first time like saving bear sterns. This will be a great time for satrad and this whole ordeal has been a lot of free press. Many people are aware of the product and soon they will be presented with the option to subscribe and they will. We are talking $60.00 to $150.00 a year. That what the headlines should be about!

Anal lists are down playing the X factor ladies and gents. The X factor being the unknown potential gold mine and realized power of the combined companies. This will not be known till the deal is done. Although the merger is a necessity for both companies to survive, the potential for success is astronomical when merged with other major companies. At the price of the current shares it is safe to say that companies growing at these rates may not be a fair evaluation. The possibilities are endless and believe you me that there are companies waiting on the side lines waiting for the opportunity to aquire the satrad capabilities. This product has drawn a large amount of clients and is only growing. The future is now and precedents are being set. Why do you think the there is so much opposition? I am upgrading the stock and see a $4.50 to $5.00 near term. All the shorts are gonna get in now too.

    This is absolutely shameful.
This is so wierd how this stock hit such a low!
    Lets be realistic.
This is a big deal if these two companies combine.
There will be no remorse and Mel will not hold back.
This man is living for this.
    This is keeping him alive.
This is only getting more and more sirius.
All the shorts are gonna get shorter.
The DOJ set the tone and the FCC will follow suit!
There is no hiding how sick satrad is.
This is going to be a grand slam!

We got screwed by our own Government! They are for The NAB and monopolies. Thats why SIRI XM can't get this approved. The government is for protecting existing monopolies> thats what i am taking from all this. Please note that everyone against the merger is neither shareholder or subscriber.

This is painful. I am so tired. These guys really don't give a shit about this whole deal. How could they not give a shit so much. No pity for the companies what so ever. It's like going to fight and you came with a knife. Mean while your enemies have machine guns and there asking you to give up the knife. They have us locked up and they ain't giving us any food. At the end of the day we are Americans and SATRAD is and American company. They are hurting American businesses. The FCC don't have a leg to stand on and yet they still haven't made a decision. And it is too late, were already mad! Not just about the money either. Shareholders feel the same way as the DOJ and subscribers feel. If it was truly a bad thing I would not feel as strongly as I do. But we have witnessed careless politicians in charge of making a important decision that is critical to many. So yes sir we are mad! This country can't do the right thing even if it was as easy as approving a simple merger!
