Cash for Clunkers May Cost Up to $45,354 Per Vehicle

That's what my neighbor did, his car did not qualify for the rebate but ended up buying a car anyway. Though I'm not the type that would spend money needlessly (we have two cars, 2000 Mercury and 2004 Saturn all paid up), this rebate got me into thinking of maybe replacing the 2000 Mercury.

He said BUY AAPL yesterday at close... AAPL down $8.5 today. He does this all the time, this is just one recent example. The only way you can make money on his advice is to go the opposite.
