Also, do you think that China Unicom, China Netcom, and China Telecom will significantly slow down the market dominance of China Mobile? Especially since China Mobile seems to have invested in "higher quality infrastructure" for mobile users to have consistent access. Thanks for your input from inside China.

Since you live in Beijing, I have a question. Is there still a delay for people to get cell phones? I had read this somewhere because they wanted to assure that visitors had uninterrupted cellular service.
