lady CEO is a huge red flag. Co is now catering to political pressure to maintain gov't contracts etc.... Woman CEOs tend to signal the downfall or a stagnant period. It occurs over and over again.
The execs at the top prime objective is to line their pockets. They extract as much as they can for as long as they can. The boards are in on it so long as they get a nice cut too for doing as little as possible. the institutional shareholders don't care since someone has do show up to run the co. The trick is getting into that position which allows one to extract at will. Its a sort of payoff. A fringe benefit. Its become an entitlement. Most of those bas&tards have given their lives -- 30/40 to these corporations and haven't had an original thought in decades, if ever. They are essentially brainwashed robotons. Similar to big law and the partners. Those clowns are a whole other story. In a way, I fell sorry for their wasted lives.
