My decision on what car to buy is "pending" on the outcome!! I have e-mailed the FCC and they could care less, No response.

FCC Seems Close to Rendering Sirius/XM Merger Decision

The fcc should approve the merger with no conditions, In a merged form the satelite radio industry will still be fighting for it's finacial life! Mel cannot be handcuffed by finacial restraints pushed through by the NAB, as a concumer I want a viable entity and if it goes bankrupt I loose,I would prefer to pay more and if it goes to high it is "Hello I-pod".
