    Yeah, 500 million isn't the number, its more like 300 million as of last quarter, and falling. Also, are you pulling a David Winters here with the net; non-cash exercise of these options? Finally, if the warrants get say 25% more of the pie above $40, why wouldn't I want to buy them if I think its headed above $40? I am struggling to see how having sweetheart terms is a negative for the holder of the merger "kicker".

    Why didn't you use PRF and PRFZ etc for the RAFI? Closer in market caps to that other ETFS?

    I like PRF as well. The methodology underlying these sorts of indexes ("fundamentally weighted") is also discussed and supported by the research summarized in Joel Greenblatt's latest book.

    My local sears just sold or leased more likely a portion of its massive store to a new whole foods. No way that value was reflected on the balance sheet. Just one anecdote, but maybe there are a lot more locations like that? It was crazy how the main retail sector just grew up all around the old sears probably built in the 50's. $$$$?

    I would note one anecdote. In my town the old monstrosity of a Sears, around which the main retail district has formed (probably built in the 60s), is now renamed "sears plaza" or the like and they have a new tenant in addition to the sears. Whole Foods. Now that's just one isolated example, but I'm betting that was maybe $10 million in off balance sheet equity right there. Who knows if this is the case all across america? I'm watching the stock for an entry point much lower.
